Syncronex field automation software lowers costs and improves customer service.

Bellevue, WA –May 3, 2005- Syncronex, Inc., a Bellevue-based enterprise software company, announced today that The Seattle Times Company has implemented Syncronex Dispatch Edition— their field service automation software created specifically for the publishing industry.

Employees and contractors in the field can access and update route and delivery information in real-time using their Nextel cell phones—responding more quickly to customer complaints and accessing vital customer information on demand.
