A Syncronex implementation specialist will assist with all aspects of system preparation, onsite installation and training and customer support services.
- Document existing process, infrastructure, data access requirements, wireless carrier service availability, current wireless device roll-out and adoption
- Configure Syncronex Server based on current process and Editions purchased.
- Customize access to data and, if required, enterprise data (e.g., ERP, CRM, directory)
- Customize interface to WAP and Palm devices.
- Populate Syncronex Server with customer specific data; e.g., routes, users, schedules, etc.
- Install Syncronex Newspaper Suite Server
- Training of system administrators, information services and end users
- Testing and rollout
- Syncronex Administration - administrators receive training on all aspects of product administration and use.
- Information Services - Syncronex Server consists of database, web, and network components. Syncronex will provide training for the appropriate personnel so that they can be the first line of support for issues with Syncronex that fall into their field.
- End users - this group consists of field personnel that will be using the web, PDAs or cell phones.
Typically the entire implementation and training process can be completed in three to four days.
After installation and deployment of Syncronex Newspaper Suite, Syncronex's support services team is here to provide technical support for any issues that arise that cannot be resolved by your Syncronex Administrator or appropriate network personnel.
Each customer is assigned a specific specialist to provide consistent support throughout the lifecycle and your use of the software.
